After a taxing construction process clients were keen to wrap their new home in wild flora to soothe their souls. We took the opportunity to build low walls, seating ledges and features to invite depth of view, with layers of native and hardy Mediterranean specimens with their associate pollinators to kick-start this new ecosystem. Beautiful field olives, craned in for visual splendor and architecture anchor the landscape with their twist-trunked maturity.  First summer has been a wonder (although we did lose some stock to rampaging gophers and a few heat spikes) Looking forward to phase 2 to bring the project to completion.
